For more than two decades, The Pain Center of Arizona has treated chronic pain through interventional care and minimally invasive spine surgery built around one purpose: restoring function, dignity, and hope to people who've been told to just live with it.
That purpose isn't carried by providers alone. It's carried by the scheduler who answers the phone with patience on someone's worst day, the coordinator who catches a missing document before it delays a surgery by another six weeks, and the biller who fights a denial instead of writing it off. The patient journey is the product — and every one of us builds it, one touchpoint at a time.
None of that work is invisible, and none of it is small. Whether you've been at TPC for twenty years or twenty days, what you do today decides whether a real person gets their life back.
